Equally comfortable reading charts and improvising, Eien’s professionalism and ability to quickly learn new material has made him an in-demand musician. He has extensive experience playing jazz, Latin, rock, odd meter, covers, and original music. Eien has performed at Detroit Montreux Jazz Festival, Notre Dame Jazz Festival, Reno Jazz Festival, Honolulu International Jazz Festival, and Vancouver International Jazz Festival. He is an active instructor, teaching workshops and private lessons to students of all ages and levels.
